Rates & Insurance
Sliding scale is provided as well. Sliding scale fee will be discussed through consultation.
Payment for your appointment is due at the time the service is provided. We accept major credit cards and do not accept checks. If a payment is not received at the time of service, a bill will be mailed to you. If your balance is not paid within 90 days of receipt of our billing statement, we may send your account to a collection agency.
45 minute session: $120
60 minute session: $130
90 minute session: $160
Paying Out of Pocket: I also allow you to pay directly for services if you do not have insurance that covers our services. The fees are as followed:
