OUT OF POCKET

There is also the option to pay directly for services if you do not have insurance that covers them. The fees are as follows:

45 minute session: $190

50 minute intake session: $200

90 minute session: $250

ESA letters: $350

Sliding scale is provided as well. Sliding scale fee will be discussed through consultation. 

Payment for your appointment is due at the time the service is provided. We accept major credit cards and do not accept checks. If a payment is not received at the time of service, a bill will be mailed to you. If your balance is not paid within 90 days of receipt of our billing statement, we may send your account to a collection agency.
